Please telephone the surgery at any time during working hours to make an appointment to see your preferred doctor, nurse or any other member of our clinical team. Let your preference be known to the reception staff when making your appointment. We will endeavour to make the appointment with the doctor of your choice but this may not always be possible.
Please remember that each appointment is for one patient only.
If you are unable to attend your appointment or no longer require the appointment, please contact Kumar Medical Centre as soon as possible. By cancelling your appointment early, we are then able to offer the appointment to another patient.
Any child under the age of 14 should be accompanied to the practice with their parent/guardian.
At Kumar Medical Centre, we always aim to answer the telephone promptly and courteously. However, we receive a large volume of calls throughout the day and will do our best to answer your call as soon as possible.
