Chronic Disease Clinics:

Asthma and COPD Clinic

The practice nurses can discuss your asthma of COPD condition with you. They are also able to help you to develop a self-management plan according to your needs. We recommend that if your asthma or COPD is well controlled, you should attend this clinic annually for a review. If you feel that your condition is not well controlled or you would like any advice, please make an appointment for this clinic anytime.
